Thank the consumer gods for Costco - who without question let us exchange the almost 1 year old beast for another. And, we were amused to see, they took back the partially eaten blackberry flat from the pregnant woman behind us (whose honest complaint was she was pregnant and THOUGHT she had wanted blackberries but it turned out they weren't actually what she was craving). Lesson learned - buy things with lots of moving parts from someplace with a very good return policy. Vacuums, printers, small appliances in general. We tried all this and still had a vacuum that wasn’t suctioning. Thank the consumer gods for Costco – who without question let us exchange the almost 1 year old beast for another. I have to remember every other month or so to sit down with the scissors and remove all the hair from the roller and there is probably more on the roller than is still on my head. Crazy.
