    Since reading Rebecca Ash’s Book, the Spend Less Revolution and stumbling upon this idea: Embrace Elegant Frugality, I have been looking at things a bit differently.

    I am seeing what I have and really thinking about what comes into our home. Well, mostly! I recently bought a Meditation Kit, as I like “the idea” of meditating. However, I realised when I saw the not even open “Sit down and Meditiate” book that it was a waste.

    Who was it that said “Elegance is refusal”.
