Frozen Cupcakes

Photo by Flirty Kitty Cupcakes can be frozen so you can enjoy one any day. Wrap them in plastic or foil before freezing, and thaw frozen cupcakes on the counter unwrapped. Icing doesn’t freeze well, so top your cupcake right before eating.
