I am a maker and a taster... but i have to share that I am from Hawaii and my hubby is from alabama. The very first time I met his family, I saw a stained glass lamp that said Crimson Tide. When I asked, "What is crimson tide?" you'd think I'd sprouted another head, as they shook their heads and probably declared, well bless her heart...

I remember back when I went to UofAlabama, a "mixed marriage" was an Alabama alumnus married to an Auburn Alumnus, and once a year, on the day of the Iron Bowl, whole families would be divided.

I am a maker ~ tasting only to taste for seasoning. However, my mother in law, husband, daughter and just about everyone that enters my kitchen is a taster. This can prove interesting at the holidays. :)

I'm a maker who lives with 3 tasters. Sometimes those tasters make it difficult to get a completed dish to the table but I love them all the same.

I'm a taster! I mean, I make 90% of the food in our house, but I snack away the whole time I'm working on it.

I'm a taster! Most of the time I'll make food for others and my dinner will be continously sampling while cooking!
