## Stop check

- The intended activity can happen.
- Retained items can be found and returned to agreed places.
- Moved items have reached their destinations or have a recorded next action and holding place.

When all three hold, stop organizing. Track later transfers separately.

## Fictional shelf example

Keep: 4 current books + 3 display objects = 7 objects.
Move: 2 reference books + 1 usable duplicate notebook + 2 borrowed books = 5 objects.
Total: 7 + 5 = 12 objects.
Return reference books to their existing home. Confirm a recipient for the notebook. Record the borrowed books' owners and return arrangements.
